Summer is almost upon us, and with it comes the warm weather. And if you're like anyone else, you're thinking about ushering in the summer solstice with a picnic. With that being said, there are a few must-haves to bring along.

Bring Some Bug Spray

Good DEET protection can prevent those buggy mosquitoes from making you their midday meal. You can keep those and other nasty little critters at bay with quality bug spray. It may smell a little funny but you will be protected anyway.

Pack Up Those Baby Wipes

Toddlers or no, baby wipes are an excellent way to eliminate dirt, grime, and germs. Yes, you may use hand sanitizer but that can only do so much. And even with bathrooms at the park, there are no guarantees that soap and water will be at your disposal.

Grab Your Blanket

No, we're not talking about nap time here. In fact, your blanket can serve as something to sit on while eating. Warmer weather means everyone will want to get out more, so don't expect to have a picnic table ready for you. Your blanket is good enough to hold all of your food and supplies for your outdoor festivities.
